Returns: 
 
We are confident that you will be happy with our products and we stand  
behind each one.  It it important to us that you are fully satisfied with every 
item that you purchase from HelenandBetty.com.  If for any reason, you are 
not satisfied with an item(s), you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).  You will receive
an E-mail from us as soon as we receive your returned item(s).  To better
serve you in the future, please include the reason for the return in your box. 

Refunds are processed within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).
The credit will show on your next bank statement depending on the issuing bank and/or the billing cycle.  Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser only.

Shipping:
Helen and Betty uses USPS ground to ship items to
U.S. and Canadian addresses.  All orders ship within 2 business days
except during holidays. It is possible that custom made bracelets will take longer and this will be communicated to the customer after the initial contact.

Shipments are normally received within 7 days of
placing an order.  Please allow at least two weeks for International orders to
arrive.  We do offer an option to have your shipment expedited. 
Customers will be notified of their delivery confirmation number or tracking via
E-mail.  Once your order leaves us, we are not responsible for
the package. Please be aware that all orders shipped outside of the US are subject to local custom fees or duties. Every country has different fees for incoming packages.  Helen and Betty is not responsible for non paid import taxes.

our valued customers.  You have our promise that we will not sell, trade or
distribute any of your personal information, including your E-mail address to anyone. 

From time to time, we may communicate with our customer to advise them  of special offers and company updates.  If you receive one of our emails and
